Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about keeping your family's health records.
What is Family Health Tracker?
Family Health Tracker is a private app that keeps all of your family’s health records in one place — growth, vaccinations, eye exams, medications, blood pressure, glucose, sickness history and doctors — so nothing gets lost across paper folders and phone notes.
Is my family’s health data private?
Yes. Every record is tied to your account and protected by row-level security, meaning only you can read or change your own data. We never sell or share your information.
How much does it cost?
Creating an account and tracking your family’s records is free.
Can I track more than one family member?
Absolutely. You can add as many family members as you like, and each one gets their own health records, care team and reports.
Can I share records with a doctor?
Yes. From any member’s page you can download a clean PDF health report covering all of their records — handy for a new doctor or a specialist visit.
How do I manage my family’s doctors?
Each family member has a Care Team section on their page where you can add doctors, record their specialty and contact details, and assign the same doctor to more than one family member.
What if I forget my password?
On the sign-in screen, use the "Forgot password?" link to receive a reset email. You can also change your password anytime from My profile once signed in.
Can I edit or delete my information?
Yes. You can edit or remove any member, record or doctor at any time, and update your own name and password from My profile.
How does the "Overall Health" graph work?
On each family member’s page, the Health Overview radar chart scores up to seven areas — Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Vision, Body Composition, Illness Burden, Vaccination and Medication Load — on a scale from 0 to 100 based on that member’s most recent records (e.g. latest blood pressure reading, latest glucose check, vaccination status). The score badge in the corner is simply the average of every axis that currently has data. Axes with no records yet are left out of both the chart and the average, and the chart only appears once at least 3 modules have data, so the score always reflects what you’ve actually tracked, not what’s missing. Green means the axis is in a healthy range, orange means it’s worth a closer look, and red flags something that may need attention — it’s meant as a quick visual summary, not a medical diagnosis.
